We’re happy to offer our customers many different shipping options, but please note that due to COVID-19, you may experience delays with any shipping method you select that are out of the control of Eclair Lips Inc.

We currently ship orders within Canada.

Order Processing Timelines
All orders ship from our facility in Dieppe, New Brunswick Canada within 1-10 business days. From there, shipping speed will depend on your location in relation to ours, the service chosen at checkout and current conditions with Canada Post or the chosen courier service.

Shipping Methods

A variety of shipping methods will be displayed at checkout and each includes tracking and insurance up to $100. You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation. Shipping timelines may vary – please refer to the carrier's website for current delivery standards. Rates for these services will be displayed at checkout and will vary based on order size and destination.
